Hungary's EUDI Wallet is currently in development. You can configure issuance and verification templates in Paradym that will work out-of the box when the wallet goes live.
Under the eIDAS 2.0 regulation, every EU member state must offer citizens a European Digital Identity (EUDI) Wallet. Hungary's national wallet will give residents a way to hold and present trusted digital credentials, starting with person identification data (PID).
With Paradym, you can prepare OpenID4VC issuance and verification flows for Hungarian PID credentials today, so your integration is ready as the national wallet ecosystem matures.
Digitális Állampolgár (DÁP) is Hungary's official government app, provided by IdomSoft Zrt. Its national digital document wallet lets users share certified identity data, address, tax and social security numbers and driving entitlement, including during police ID checks. In June 2025 the Government amended the app's legal rules to align them with the EUDI Wallet framework, and IdomSoft is building an EUDI-compliant Digitális Adattárca in an EU-funded project planned to finish by the end of 2026.

Hungary, like every EU member state, must provide a European Digital Identity Wallet under eIDAS 2.0. The National Media and Infocommunications Authority (NMHH) will supervise the wallet framework. The wallet will let residents hold and present digital credentials such as person identification data.
Paradym supports verification flows for EUDI-style credentials. However, end-to-end testing with the national wallet depends on that wallet being available and exposing the relevant credentials, as there is currently no available Hungarian wallet it is not possible to verify credentials from that wallet.
Paradym can issue standards-compliant EUDI credentials today, but those credentials cannot currently be issued into the Hungary national wallet through a public production integration. Once Hungary opens its issuer ecosystem as part of its EUDI rollout, Paradym's issuance APIs can be used to issue credentials to Hungary wallet, subject to any national onboarding, trust framework, and certification requirements.
