Latvia's EUDI Wallet is currently in development. You can configure issuance and verification templates in Paradym that will work out-of the box when the wallet goes live.
Under the eIDAS 2.0 regulation, every EU member state must offer citizens a European Digital Identity (EUDI) Wallet. Latvia's national wallet will give residents a way to hold and present trusted digital credentials, starting with person identification data (PID).

EDIM (Eiropas digitālās identitātes maks) is Latvia's planned EUDI Wallet app, implemented by the State Digital Development Agency (VDAA) with the Ministry of Smart Administration and Regional Development (VARAM) and the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (PMLP). The initial version is planned to include age verification, person identification data (PID) and online and offline authentication.

Paradym supports verification flows for EUDI-style credentials. However, end-to-end testing with the national wallet depends on that wallet being available and exposing the relevant credentials, as there is currently no available Latvian wallet it is not possible to verify credentials from that wallet.
Paradym can issue standards-compliant EUDI credentials today, but those credentials cannot currently be issued into the Latvia national wallet through a public production integration. Once Latvia opens its issuer ecosystem as part of its EUDI rollout, Paradym's issuance APIs can be used to issue credentials to Latvia wallet, subject to any national onboarding, trust framework, and certification requirements.
Yes. According to the State Digital Development Agency (VDAA), a service provider that wants to request data from EDIM will have to be identifiable and registered as a relying party, stating the data it requests and the purpose. A company that wants to issue attestations to EDIM users will have to register in the EDIM ecosystem and meet its technical requirements.
